Fourteen people have been injured after a taxi and a bakkie collided at the intersection of Otto Volek Road and Nipper Road in Pinetown just after 09:30am today.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find multiple casualties on the scene. More ambulances were called to assist with the multiple casualty scene. Once all of the injured had been stabilised on the scene they were transported to various hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage the exact cause of the collision is unknown however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
