On Monday morning just before 08h00 Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision on the M13 near the Westwood Mall. Reports from the scene indicate that the lady had got off a taxi and tried to run across the highway when she was struck by a car.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the female had slid across the bonnet of the vehicle and smashed into the windshield. After medic’s treated the patient they transported her to a Durban hospital for the care that she required.
