Tiger Wheel & Tyre has done it again. For the eighth time in the history of The Times and Sowetan Shopper Survey, the company has clinched the title of “Top Tyre and Auto Fitment Centre.”
The annual survey which determines the winners of these prestigious awards, in a variety of categories, is conducted by research company TNS using an approach called ‘relative advantage.’ This measures a retailer’s penetration in the marketplace, while examining its relative strength among its customers and its relative attraction among non-customers. The results both determine the category leaders and provide an indication of the commitment their customers have towards their brand as well as the brand’s attractiveness to non-customers.
