A 26-year-old male is in a serious condition after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds this morning.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene at the corner of Sydney Road and Franscois Road just after 10:30am, the patient had been taken to a nearby facility for stabilisation. Paramedics arrived and worked with the Doctors and nurses before transferring the seriously injured man to a nearby hospital. The man had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
At this stage, the exact events leading up to the shooting are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
