MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mxolisi Kaunda officiated at the Passing Out Parade of the Class of 2016 Traffic Officers from the Msunduzi and Mphofana Municipalities today. Msunduzi Mayor Themba Mjilo and Mphofana Mayor, Mr Duma were guests at the function.
The Passing Out Parade was held at the RTI Traffic Training College in Pietermaritzburg.
