A man in his twenties has been killed in a shooting incident this evening.
Just before 6pm Rescue Care Paramedics were called to Umbilo SAPS where a vehicle had come to the station for help as someone had been shot. A man in his twenties had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was assessed on the scene but had unfortunately passed away before paramedics could arrive. He was then declared deceased on the scene.
AT this stage the exact cause of the shooting is unknown however SAPS will be investigating further
