A 20-year-old construction worker sustained a serious injury to his arm when his arm was caught in a conveyer belt on a construction site in Westville, Durban this afternoon.
Shortly after 3pm, paramedics from ER24 arrived on the scene where they found the man with a deep cut to his arm. Bystanders explained that his arm got caught in the conveyer belt and he was flung away from the machine.
He was treated on the scene and rushed to Life Westville Hospital for further medical care.
