Limpopo: The SAPS Endangered Species Section of the Stock Theft Unit have launched a manhunt for a group of suspects who were involved in the illegal hunting and killing of three lions at Kareefontein farm outside in Modimolle. It is alleged that the farm security who were doing patrols in the lion enclosures, have noticed that three lions were poisoned, killed and their heads and paws were removed. The Police were then summoned and reacted swiftly to the crime scene and started with their initial investigations and subsequently, one knife was found at the scene.
