A Body found in a stormwater drain on Att Horak street in Bloemfontein

The body of a man, believed to be in his 30s, was found in a stormwater drain in Att Horak street in Bloemfontein this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene just before 08H30, after being notified by the police.
Local authorities, among them the Search and Rescue team and the fire brigade, was already on the scene.
Upon further assessment, the body of a man was found lying in the stormwater drain. Unfortunately, there was nothing paramedics could do for the man and he was declared dead at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics, but the police will be conducting further investigations.
