Five people have been injured after six vehicles collided on the M1 Higginson Highway near Chatsglen offramp in Chatsworth on Saturday around 12 pm.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that six vehicles had collided in a rear end format. A total of five people had sustained various injuries and were stabilized on the scene before being transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
