At 01H30 Thursday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a stabbing on the R620 Southbroom area.
Upon arrival, the Netcare 911 Paramedic was escorted to an area cordoned off by security. Reports from the scene indicate that an adult female believed to be in her thirties had been stabbed multiple times, she was found unresponsive on the floor.
The patient was assessed and found to have no signs of life.
Circumstances leading up to her death is unknown.
Medical documentation pertaining to her death was completed on the scene and handed over to the SAPS who will be investigating.
