Four people were injured following a collision near the steel bridge on Old Main Road in Verulam Wednesday morning.
At approximately 06:19 members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the scene by passing motorists requesting assistance for the injured. Upon arrival it was established that a Toyota Corolla was turning out of Estuary Drive when a Toyota Hiace taxi that was travelling towards the steel bridge collided into it.
Four people were injured in the collision. They were treated for mild to moderate injuries before being transported to Osindisweni Hospital.
