Four people including two children aged 16 & 24 months sustained minor injuries following a collision on the R102 at the Canelands intersection in Verulam.

RUSA Operations Centre in Verulam received multiple calls from passing motorists reporting the incident involving three vehicles. Reaction Officers & Medics were dispatched to the scene and upon arrival found a Volvo V50, Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Hino truck and trailer were involved in the collision.

The occupants of the Volvo V50 which included two women and their children are from the state of Alabama in the USA & London in the United Kingdom.
