Paramedics from Emer-G-Med responded to an MVA on the N3 North London on ramp. On arrival we found that there were two cars involved. One patient was trapped while the people from the bakkie escaped with no injuries.
We treated the patient who was trapped and the “jaws of life” had to be used to full immobilized extrication. A14 transported this patient with ALS intervention to a nearby hospital for further care. Thanks to the City of Johannesburg for their swift response and professionalism in extricating the patient.
