The Free State MEC for Health, Ms. Montseng Tsiu was with Deputy Minister of Correctional Services, Mr. Thabang Makwetla and the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Mr. Lechesa Tsenoli also present was an MMC at Mangaung Metro Municipality, Councillor Nthabiseng Jonas.
The special occasion was the handing over of 105 Wheel Chairs assembled by Offenders from the Department of Correctional Services. The Kaizer Sebothelo Arena at Botshabelo was overwhelmed with of the recipients, family, friends and the members of the community who came to witness this life-changing event.
