One person was injured after the vehicle she traveling in overturned on Inanda Road in Verulam a short while ago (Thursday).
At approximately 18:01 RUSA Members arrived on scene and found a Kia Picanto lying on its side in a ditch. The occupants managed to free themselves from the wreckage. A female passenger sustained moderate injuries and was transported to hospital by ambulance. The driver and a second passenger were not injured in the accident.
According to the driver she was unfamiliar with the area and veered off the road and landed in a ditch.
