Scottburgh SAPS is appealing to members of the community for assistance in locating a missing person. Ashaylin Govender (25) of Umzinto was last seen on 28 June 2019, at Rocky Bay Beach in Park Rynie. He wears earrings in his ears and a tongue ring. When he was last seen, he was wearing his work clothes which consists of a blue overall.
