KING WILLIAMS TOWN – Police are appealing to members of the public to assist in locating Nonginkosi Steven Buthelezi (36), also known as “Mzukisi or Patrick “. He was reported missing by a friend as his family is in KwaZulu-Natal on 10 September 2019. His Vincent residence was found with doors wide open.
