Two men were arrested by members of Reaction Unit South Africa after they were found in possession of the stolen property at a business complex on Sucrose Crescent in Mt. Edgecombe.
At approximately 05:33 a RUSA Member was on patrol in the area when he noticed the two men loading goods into the white Toyota Corolla. Upon approaching them one of the suspects confirmed that he was an employee of the business and initially attempted to justify his actions. When it was established that they had stolen the goods the suspects attempted to bribe the RUSA Member who declined their offer and placed them under arrest.
Both suspects were handed over to the Phoenix SAPS for further investigation.
