Police launch manhunt for suspects following a stabbing incident where 17 year’s old boy was killed in Bedford view

GAUTENG – Police have launched a manhunt for a suspect following a stabbing incident this afternoon 17 March 2020 in Bedford view.

It is reported that two schoolboys had an argument after school. The suspect took out a knife and stabbed the 17-year-old boy several times and he later died in hospital.
Police are investigating a case of murder.

The Provincial management of police in Gauteng has condemned the violent incidents by learners in schools. The Provincial management has urged the investigators of the incident to trace and ensure that the suspect is found and brought to book.

Anyone who may have information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect is urged to report to the police by calling the crime stop number which is 08600 10111 or call the nearest police station.
