This morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R56 for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a taxi had lost control and overturned.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found 9 occupants had sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported to the hospital for further treatment.
