This morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Ncome road for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a pedestrian had been knocked over by a vehicle that lost control and had overturned.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that the pedestrian had sustained critical injuries.
The patients was stabilized on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
