Gauteng: At 17H10 Friday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a falls on an unnamed road in Muldersdrift.
Reports from the scene indicate that a minor female had fallen off a horse.
When medics arrived on scene they found the patient had sustained serious injuries and required advanced life support intervention to stabilise her.
Due to the nature if her injuries and terrain a Netcare Helicopter ambulance was activated to airlift the young lady to a specialist facility
