Suicide by hanging in Parkgate

Forty minutes after asking for a page to write a letter, a 30-year-old male was found hanging from the rafters in his one-bedroom home in Tottenham Road – Parkgate. A suicide note was found on his bed.

Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call from the victim’s landlady who discovered his body hanging from a ski rope when she entered his home to return a stove she had borrowed earlier today. She informed Reaction Officers that the deceased had confided in her regarding an ongoing domestic dispute several days ago.
