The police in Mpumalanga have launched a manhunt for suspect(s) who murdered a 15-year-old girl at Mayflower. Her body was discovered in the afternoon of yesterday, 17 December 2020.
The teenager was sent by her grandmother to buy some items at a nearby filling station next to the N17 Road. She then became concerned when the girl did not return home.
Police, as well as paramedics, were notified of the discovery where her half-naked body was discovered in the nearby bushes. The medical personnel certified her dead at the scene and police opened a case of murder.
