This afternoon Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N11 near Durnacol for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a vehicle had lost control and crashed off the road.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 2 occupants sustained serious injuries.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
