A man has been killed in an electrocution incident on Manors Road in Westridge at around 10 am on Friday morning.
KZN VIP Medical Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a male in his late twenties had been working on an electrical pole when he was electrocuted. SAPS Search and Rescue was called to the scene to assist in bringing the man down from the pole. Once on the ground, the man was assessed however he had sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased on the scene.
The events leading up to the incident are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
