A 29 year old man suffered minor injuries after he was knocked down by a Toyota Corolla on New Glasgow Road in Canelands on Monday.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene at approximately 11:17 and found the man on the side of the road. It was established that he was attempting to cross the road at the time of the accident. He was treated for his injuries before being transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The driver of the Toyota Corolla was not injured.
