This serves to inform all Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA) stakeholders that following the Agency’s previous media statement issued on 05 February 2021 in respect to the precautionary suspension of officials at the Agency, the Board appointed Adv Mncedisi Bilikwana as an interim measure in order to allow the Department of Transport to identify an incumbent to be seconded to the Agency.
The Department of Transport has seconded Ms Dalian Mabula as an Acting Registrar (CEO) with effect from 15 February 2021 until the finalisation of the investigations, which were commissioned by the Board as reported on 05 February 2021.
Ms Mabula holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Financial Management from North-West University (Mafikeng) as well as a Postgraduate Programme Certificate in Executive Leadership. She has been a Senior Manager since 2007 and currently serving as a Chief Director responsible for Budgeting and Compliance. She has extensive experience in public sector finance and serves in several financial committees such as Audit Steering Committee, Loss Control Committee, Risk Committee.
