Govender is a resident of Dahlia Drive in Buffelsdale, Tongaat. He left his residence on Sunday 11/04/2021 and cannot be located since. He was driving a black Chevrolet Captiva with registration DN48DZ-GP. Govender has a tattoo of a spider web on his right elbow. He has a history of drug abuse.
