A woman has been left seriously injured after she was hit by a motor vehicle in a complex on Main Road in Escombe just after 1pm on Thursday afternoon.
KZN VIP Medical Response Paramedics arrived on the scene to find a lady believed to be in her sixties had sustained serious injuries after she was hit by a motor vehicle inside the complex. The lady was stabilised on the scene by Advanced life Support Paramedics before being transported to a nearby Durban Hospital for the further treatment that she required.
At this stage the events leading up to the accident are unknown however SAPS will be investigating further.
