Missing teen sought

The South African Police in Sekgosese have launched a search operation, following the disappearance of a 17-year-old girl, Yolanda Gwede residing at Roerfontein village.

It is alleged that the missing girl left home to attend school at Mahudu High on 14 May 2021 at about 06:15. Her parents were concerned when she did not return home at the usual time. They enquired at school but discovered that she did not attend school on Friday.

She left home wearing a school uniform, a blue skirt, a white shirt, and black school shoes.

The Police conducted search operations at surrounding areas without success.
