A resident of Glenhaven Drive in Brindhaven, Verulam is requesting public assistance to locate the operator of the TLB (pictured).
The operator stole two loads of building sand that was dumped outside the property. The homeowner was informed of the incident by a neighbor after he noticed the TLB scooping the second load of sand and driving off towards the Russom and Todd Street intersection in Verulam.
