The body of an unidentified man was discovered with multiple stab wounds in a drain in Cottonlands, KZN.
A passerby who was on his way to work made the discovery. He then contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA).
On arrival of Reaction Officers and RUSA Medics, the individual was found lying in a prone position. He was stabbed multiple times on his buttocks, lower back, and legs. His body was in a state of Rigor Mortis.
The identity of the deceased and the motive for the murder have not been established at this stage.
