A suspect evaded arrest after he was spotted removing tyres and rims from a Nissan Tida in Waterloo, KZN.
The homeowner peered through his window after he heard noises in his yard. He noticed two tyres and rims from his vehicle had been removed. The suspect was still on the property and fled when he realised that he had drawn attention to himself. The homeowner contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) requesting assistance.
Reaction Officers were dispatched to the call and upon arrival conducted a search for the thief however he managed to evade arrest.
