VRMED and lifeEMS responded @ 15:05 to reports of a head-on collision on the R64 20km from Bloemfontein.
On arrival, crews found a 70-year-old male with serious injuries seated inside the vehicle. The patient was stabilized on the scene before being transported to Hospital for further care.
The scene was handed over to SAPS for further investigation.
