VRMED and FSEMS attended a rollover collision on the R702 Dewetsdorp road 40km out of Bloemfontein after the driver lost control of the vehicle.
On arrival, ambulance crews found the four occupants next to the vehicle.
The patients were quickly assessed with two having sustained moderate injuries and two sustaining minor injuries.
The patients were transported by VRMED and FSEMS to Pelonomi trauma unit for further care.
