The body of a male with extensive traumatic injuries was discovered on Umdloti Beach Road near Umdloti – KZN last night (Friday).
A passerby contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) at approximately 19:34 after discovering the body on the road. Reaction Officers and RUSA Medics were immediately dispatched and on arrival examined the area pedestrian. He sustained life-threatening injuries and demised on the scene.
The vehicle involved in the accident did not stop on the scene.
