The public is requested to be on the lookout for 28-year-old Vivian Balram.
Balram is a resident of Rainstock Road in Rainham – KZN. He left his residence at approximately 23:00 last night (Sunday) after informing his parents that he was going to meet a friend. His cellphone has since been switched off and he cannot be located since. It could not be confirmed which of his friends he was expected to meet. Balram was driving his white Opel Corsa with registration ND 454 083. He was dressed in a navy Puma jacket.
