A house was extensively damaged in a fire in Magwaveni, Tongaat – KZN.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the area. On arrival, Reaction Officers found members of the community attempting to extinguish the flames with buckets of water. The fire was doused by the Ethekwini Fire & Rescue Services on their arrival.
Circumstances leading up to the fire were not established.
