Midlands ems dispatched multiple ambulances and advanced life support paramedics to the R622 for a bakkie that had rolled Carrying passengers on the back.
Apon arrival it was found that 4 patients sustained critical injuries and required advanced life support treatment and a further 3 patients had sustained moderate injuries.
All patients were treated on scene before being transported to various hospitals for further care.
The exact cause of the accident is under investigation by local authorities.
