At approximately 19:17, members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were dispatched to a business robbery on Sibanisezwe Road in Waterloo – KZN.
On arrival, Reaction Officers met with the victim who stated that two men approached his tuck shop and produced firearms. The robbers ransacked the shipping container and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, a cellphone and an airtime dispensing machine. The suspects thereafter fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The victim was not injured.
