Zamdela police urge the community to help them locate Mr Brown’s family.
For the past few weeks, an unknown African male has been spotted living on the streets of Chris Hani Sasolburg. The unknown male was later interviewed by the police and he identified himself as Mr Brown from Matatiele.
Mr Brown is perceived to be mentally challenged, because he believes he is in the rural areas of Matatiele.
Mr Brown is dark in complexion, wearing brown pants and a white shirt with brown stripes. He does not know his surname or age, nor does he remember his friends and family.
