The Nelson Mandela Bay District Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 4-year-old boy, Nakane Lizane who is #missing since Thursday evening, 11 May 2023.
It is reported that on the above mentioned date at approximately 15:45, the child’s mother was at home when Nakane Lizane (4) was dropped off at home from the day care. While she was busy preparing supper, Nakane was playing outside the house at 1807 Ndlovini, Wells Estate, with his 10-year-old brother. After a while, their mother called them to come inside, but only the 10-year-old went inside. The mother searched for little Nakane but could not find him. She then reported him missing at SAPS Swartkops.
At the time of his disappearance he was wearing blue jeans, grey tekkies and light colored T-shirt with a denim jacket.
SAPS Swartkops and FCS Unit are continuing with their search for him and are appealing to anyone who may know of his whereabouts to contact, Detective Sergeant Mluleki Mhlangani on 079 896 7509 or #CrimeStop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station.
