Wentworth police have arrested 18-year-old Dondre Addison for the alleged murder of a 17-year-old teenager. The arrest follows an incident that occurred at Richard Winn Road in Wentworth on 27 June 2023.
The deceased was on his was to attend winter holiday classes at his school when he was shot and killed by the suspect. Wentworth detectives worked tirelessly and arrested Addison on 01 July 2023. He was charged with murder and appeared before the Durban Magistrate’s Court on 03 July 2023.
The suspect is remanded in custody and he will appear at court again on 07 July 2023 for a formal bail application.
