Sea Point police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate the family of Louis Booysen who is depicted in the attached photograph.
Police members attended to a complaint of an unresponsive person in a parking area in Sea Point on Wednesday, 09 November 2023. The person was taken to a medical facility where he later passed away.
The address that was found in his possession was visited but nobody knew him.
