Kuilsriver detectives seek the assistance of the public to help locate missing 22-year-old Devan Ricardo Speelman, who was last seen on Monday 23 November 2023.
According to reports, he left his residence without informing anyone. He is said to be mentally challenged. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a black hoody jacket, white t-shirt, black shorts and a pair of sleeping sandals.
