Following accurate leads about the stock theft incident at Hlanganani policing area, Police arrested two suspects involved in the case and were also found in possession of a motor vehicle reportedly stolen during December 2023 at Davhani village in Vuwani policing area.
Upon receiving information, various disciplines from Giyani and Hlanganani activated an operation.
Two suspects were arrested separately at Ndengeza Block C and Ndengeza RDP houses.
The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, has welcomed the arrest, warning criminals that in Limpopo there is no space for any act of criminality and anyone found on the wrong side of the law will be dealt with accordingly.
Suspects will soon appear before the local magistrate’s court.
More arrests are expected.
The police investigations are still continuing.
