Public assistance is required to locate the family of the child.
A Ward Councillor residing in Mhlasini – KZN contacted RUSA this afternoon (Wednesday) requesting assistance after the boy was located was around aimlessly in an area known as Tommy’s.
The child appears to be suffering from a mental illness and cannot provide any information.
