The Police in Thabazimbi are investigating a case of missing person, following the disappearance of a 65-year-old man, Israel Diboko , residing at Regorogile Extention 4.
It is reported that the elderly man left his residence on Friday, 02 February 2024, going to town to collect his medication at a Pharmacy Healthcare Centre. He never returned home, and the matter was reported to the police. Consequently, a missing person case was opened, and the search operation was activated.
The following day, police with assistance of the family followed up on information that he went to a nearby farm where he used to reside. They then learned that he left the place but didn’t inform anyone where he was going.
A search was conducted in the nearby areas without success.
He was last seen wearing black trousers, a black jacket, a blue golf shirt and formal black shoes.
